SafeNav — Delete your account

Last updated: 25 October 2026

You can delete your SafeNav account, and the data in it, from inside the app. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what is not.

SafeNav is operated by Fonz Group Ltd, Broxhead House, 60 Barbados Road, Bordon, Hants, England, GU35 0FX.

If you pay for SafeNav, read this first

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. You will keep being charged. Cancel it first in Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SafeNav → Cancel subscription. Or go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel it either. Cancelling does not refund the current period by itself — see the Refund Policy.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open SafeNav and sign in.
  2. Open Settings, then Account Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account (the red option at the bottom).
  4. Read the message, then tap Delete forever. To change your mind, tap Cancel.

The deletion happens straight away. You are signed out and taken back to the sign-in screen.

What is deleted

This cannot be undone. We cannot restore a deleted account, and we cannot recover what was in it. Deleting your account permanently deletes:

If you signed in with Google, this deletes your SafeNav account only. It does not touch your Google account.

What is not deleted straight away

The Privacy Policy has the full retention details.

If you cannot use the app

If you can no longer open the app — for example, you have lost your phone or cannot sign in — email [email protected] with “Delete my account” in the subject. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to SafeNav, so that we can check the account is yours. We may ask you to confirm before we delete anything, because it cannot be undone.

Remember to cancel any Google Play subscription yourself, as described above.
